Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 med onions, chopped coarsely
    1 large green pepper, chopped coarsely
    1 lb cooked medium shrimp
    1 can tomatoes
    garlic
    salt and pepper
    1 t chili powder
    Rice (if desired)
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper with shrimp.
    Add tomatoes.
    Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste and add chili powder.
    Cook for 20 minutes and serve over white rice.
