Baked Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    2 eggs
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Chop cabbage coarsely.
    Cook in boiling water until tender; drain.
    Add eggs, margarine and cracker crumbs.
    Mix well and spread in a shallow, greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until browned.
    Brown 1 to 1 1/2 cups large cracker pieces in melted margarine in frying pan, stirring until golden brown.
    Spoon over top of cabbage before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
