Black Bean Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
    1 large avocado, peeled and chopped
    1 purple onion, chopped
    1/8 to 1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; cover and chill. Garnish if desired with avocado slice and fresh cilantro.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
    Makes 6 cups.
