Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed potatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 soup can milk
    1 soup can water
    salt/pepper to taste
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onion until tender in about 2 cups water. Stir in soups, milk and water.
    Lightly mash potatoes as stirring. Add salt and pepper.
    Serve with parsley flakes and bacon sprinkled atop of each bowl and plenty of crackers.
