Cocktail Cream Puffs(For Dessert Or Appetizers) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. boiling water
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix flour and salt that has been sifted into small bowl; set aside.
Combine butter and boiling water in medium saucepan.
Keep over low heat until butter is melted.
Add flour all at one time and stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball and leaves the side of pan.
Remove from heat.
Add unbeaten eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Continue beating until a thick dough is formed.
Drop by small teaspoon onto greased baking sheet.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes 2 inches apart in 425\u00b0
oven.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
Cut off tops to fill when cool.
