Marilyn'S Green Chili Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust
    6 oz. Cheddar cheese
    6 oz. Monterey Jack
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can chopped green chilies
    2 c. whole milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Into pie crust put cubed cheeses, onion and green chilies. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, marjoram and salt.
    Pour mixture into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    This is a great brunch dish.
