Mel'S Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/3 c. green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
    12 oz. claw crab meat
    12 oz. cooked shrimp
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean and top is slightly brown.
