Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes very thin.
    Combine milk, butter and flour.
    Put 1/2 the potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Pour half the sauce, half the onion and half the salt and pepper. Then put remainder of potatoes and sauce in dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Top with cheese and melt.
