Fresh String Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh string beans
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 potatoes, diced
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook cut beans and potatoes in 5 cup salted water for 15 minutes.
    In a frying pan, brown flour in oil.
    Add paprika, black pepper and 1/4 cup cold water.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add sour cream.
    Add this to the cooked beans and potatoes.
    Bring to boil and simmer for a few more minutes.
