Butter Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. pecan meal
    1/4 lb. milk chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt and water.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add 1/2 of pecan meal and cook to 290\u00b0, stirring constantly.
    Add remaining pecan meal.
    Pour into well-greased pan.
    Cool.
    Brush with melted chocolate.
