Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. sage
pepper
8 c. dry bread cubes
1/4 c. water or broth
3 or 4 boiled eggs, grated
Preparation

Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix seasonings together; sprinkle over bread cubes. Add onion, celery and eggs. Add water or broth. Mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0.
