Chili Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can chili beans
1 (12 oz.) can corn (whole kernel), drained
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 c. corn chips, crush if larger
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a heavy skillet, cook beef and onion, stirring occasionally until beef is brown slightly.
Drain.
Place in 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Add beans, drained corn and chili powder.
Mix well.
Top with corn chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly.
Makes 4 servings.
