Chicken And Pork Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white vinegar
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 bay leaf (optional)
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up and skinned
1 lb. pork, cut in 1 x 2-inch pieces
1 1/2 to 2 c. water
2 to 3 Tbsp. fine bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

In medium saucepan, combine vinegar, garlic, pepper, bay leaf and soy sauce.
Add chicken and pork.
Turn and let soak for 20 to 30 minutes.
Add water and simmer uncovered until tender.
Remove meat.
Strain sauce; add bread crumbs and set aside.
