Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can evaporated milk
1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/3 c. honey
1/8 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. lemon juice or more if desired
grated rind of 1 to 2 lemons
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
Preparation

Thoroughly chill can of milk in refrigerator overnight. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add honey, salt, lemon juice and rind.
Refrigerate.
When it has congealed slightly, beat milk until stiff and whip gelatin mixture into it.
Spread half of crumbs into a large pan (10 x 13-inch or equivalent) and pour lemon mixture over it.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Chill for approximately 3 hours.
May be served plain or with whipped cream.
