Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can Pet milk
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (7 oz.) jar pimento, chopped with oil
    1 c. mayonnaise
    sprinkle of garlic salt
    sprinkle of black pepper
Preparation
    Melt cheese in milk in a double boiler with low heat.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Makes 1 quart.
    Keeps for weeks in fridge!
