Cornmeal Banana-Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 c. mashed, ripe bananas
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
additional cornmeal (about 1 Tbsp.)
Preparation

Stir together 1 cup cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Mix beaten eggs, mashed ripe bananas and cooking oil.
Add to dry ingredients; stir just enough to moisten.
Add chopped walnuts.
