Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. nuts
    2 c. raw rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix egg, brown sugar, oil, vanilla and some buttermilk. Alternate dry ingredients and rest of buttermilk.
    Mix in nuts and rhubarb last.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Last 1/2 hour bake at 325\u00b0.
