Creamy Pea Salad(Makes 24 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. whole basil leaves
3 c. sour cream
54 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 c. cashews, coarsely chopped
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Combine first seven ingredients, stirring gently.
Chill 3 to 4 hours.
Stir in bacon and cashews.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
