Cajun Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter
3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 or 2 Tbsp. black pepper (1 is mild, 2 very hot)
16 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
Preparation

Put butter, pepper and Worcestershire sauce in a large skillet and cook on high heat.
Add mushrooms when butter is melted; cook on high, stirring regularly.
Cook until mushrooms look glazed and sauce is reduced.
Add onions and continue cooking until onions are soft.
Serve with crackers with cold wine or beer.
