Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen cut broccoli
1/2 c. onion
1 Tbsp butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/2 tsp salt
4 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (2.8 oz.) french fried onions rings
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain and set aside. In a skillet or saucepan, saute onions in butter until tender. Stir in soup and salt. Heat until bubbly. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish arrange half of broccoli. Top with half of boiled eggs, half of cheese and half of mushroom soup. Repeat layers, Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle onion rings on top and bake 5 minutes longer.
