Okra And Sausage Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. fresh chopped parsley
    1 c. chopped green onion
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 c. tomato sauce
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. water
    1 lb. sausage, sliced
    10 c. sliced okra
    salt to taste
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    In a large, heavy-duty pot, heat olive oil.
    Saut onion, parsley, green onion and bell pepper until onions are clear.
    Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, soy sauce, garlic, water and sausage. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it comes to a boil.
    Add okra, salt, and hot sauce and simmer on low until okra is tender, about 45 minutes.
    The longer it cooks, the better the taste.
