At Ease Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 c. uncooked macaroni, cooked and drained (2 c. cooked)
Preparation
-
In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
Blend in flour, salt and a dash of pepper.
Gradually stir in milk and cheese.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and smooth.
Stir in sour cream and macaroni.
Heat through (do not boil).
Serve.
