Sweet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 lb. cucumbers
2 gallons water
2 c. lime

Preparation

Slice washed cucumbers and let stand in lime water 24 hours. Drain and wash thoroughly.
Cover with clear water for 3 hours. Drain and wash again.
