Oven Fried Fish, Chicken Or Veal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fish, chicken or veal
    4 Tbsp. packaged bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    paprika or chili powder for color
Preparation
    Spray baking dish with Pam. Put crumbs in bag. Spread mayonnaise on each piece of meat. Shake with crumbs. Bake 8 minutes at 450\u00b0. Do not over cook fish, chicken or veal.
