Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and spices; set aside.
Cream oleo and brown sugar; add eggs.
Add pumpkin and milk; mix well.
Add flour mixture; mix well.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 5-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
Wrap and store overnight before serving.
