One Crust Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    3 c. rhubarb
Preparation
    Cut rhubarb into 1/2-inch pieces using small stalks.
    Mix egg, sugar, flour, water and butter and let stand while getting the rhubarb and crust ready.
    Pour the mix over the rhubarb in the shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
