End-Of-The-Line Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. milk
    2 or 3 big uncooked potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 or more c. diced ham
    Parmesan or other grated cheese
    pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine soup and milk.
    Layer with other ingredients in 8-cup casserole dish in the following order:
    potatoes, meat, onion and sauce.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove lid; sprinkle top with cheese and bake, uncovered, for another 20 minutes.
