Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 onions, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 bottle catsup
    2 small cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Mix all together
    and
    cook over medium heat 1 1/2 to 2 hours. This freezes well.
