Homemade Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. Jell-O (any flavor) or sugar-free
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 1/2 c. nonfat buttermilk
Preparation
    In glass bowl, empty Jell-O; add boiling water, stir until dissolved.
    Add buttermilk and chill.
    Can add fruit or eat plain.
