Sour Cream Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 eggs
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/2 c. salad oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine and mix all ingredients well.
Pour into greased (heated hot) 9-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Reheats well.
