Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 or 3 chicken breasts, boiled and chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. corn tortilla shells
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery together.
    Boil and chop chicken breasts.
    Mix with soups and cheese.
