Farmer'S Catfish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. catfish fillets
    2 egg yolks
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. meal
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. Crisco oil
Preparation
    Cut fish in medium size pieces.
    Salt and pepper fish.
    Beat egg yolks. Mix flour and cornmeal.
    Dip fish in eggs, then coat with mixture.
    Drop in hot oil.
    Cook over medium heat 30 minutes or until done.
