Ingredients

1 lb. pecans
1 egg white plus 1 tsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg white with water until frothy.
Add pecans and mix until nuts are coated.
Mix together sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add to nuts and mix.
Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
