Mexican Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. grated Mexican cheese (Velveeta)
    3 c. Bisquick mix
Preparation
    Set sausage at room temperature 2 to 3 hours.
    Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Shape into balls.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
