Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild grated cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. chopped peanuts or pecans
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Place in refrigerator until chilled enough to form a ball.
    Roll ball in nuts and parsley.
    Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
    Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
