Pineapple Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices white bread
    2 tsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Break up bread in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Add next 5 ingredients.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Especially good served hot as side dish with pork.
