Kaduffle Glades(German Dumplings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Potatoes
    Salt
    Flour
    onion
    egg
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until just tender.
    Bring a large pan of water with a pinch of salt to a boil.
    Coarsely mash potatoes and grate 1 large onion into the potatoes.
    Add 1 egg, pinch of salt, parsley and mix with a fork and add flour until stiff.
