Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    bacon bits
    brown mustard
    sugar
    celery seed
    pickle relish
    mayonnaise
    vinegar
Preparation
    Scrub 1 potato per person.
    Dice with peeling on.
    Rinse twice in cold water.
    Boil in salted water until potatoes are tender. Set pot off heat and add a small amount of vinegar and sugar.
    Stir and let sit awhile.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Add celery seed and bacon bits.
    Lightly sprinkle with garlic powder.
    Dot with pickle relish and brown mustard.
    Blend together without mashing potatoes.
    Add just enough mayonnaise to hold potatoes together.
