Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)
8 oz. Lasagna Noodles (Cooked and Drained)
2 pkgs. Frozen Spinach (Chopped, Cooked, & Drained)
1 c. Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
1 Large Carton Cottage Cheese
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Soft Margarine
1 Tbsp. Parsley
1 Tbsp. Oregano
1 Tbsp. Sweet Basil
Garlic Salt & Pepper to Taste
Preparation

1. Mix cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, margarine, eggs, and seasonings in a large dish.
2. Grease a 9 x 13 pan and layer noodles, cottage cheese
mixture, mozzarella, and spinach. Repeat layers.
Mozzarella cheese should be the last layer. 3. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 15
minutes before cutting.
