Chicken Cordon Bleu(From Minute-Rice-Ipes Club) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
    1 slice (2 oz.) boiled ham, cut into strips (about 1/2 c.)
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen green beans, thawed
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 c. Minute original instant rice
    2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large skillet on medium-high heat.
    Add chicken and ham; cook and stir until chicken is browned.
    Stir in soup, water, green beans and mustard; bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice and top with cheese; cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
    Makes 4 servings.
