Kernes' Sirloin Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    top sirloin steak
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 large onion
    4 stalks celery
    1 pkg. mushrooms
    2 beef cubes
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Slice steak into 3 x 1 1/2-inch pieces.
    Brown both sides. Add 3 cups water and beef cubes.
    Saute mushrooms.
    Add to meat. Simmer on low for about 1 hour.
