Quick Barbecue Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 (18 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
2 c. shredded cheese
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Preparation

Cook ground beef and 1/2 cup of onion; drain.
Stir in barbecue sauce.
Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan or baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
