White Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. blanched almonds, ground
    3/4 c. quick cooking oats (uncooked)
    3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    8 oz. white chocolate, melted
    4 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; blend well. Press onto bottom and 2 inches up sides of a 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
