Egg Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 2/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Beat the eggs, then add the flour and salt.
    Batter will be thick.
    Add the milk slowly, mixing well to avoid lumps.
    Add butter.
    Melt shortening in electric frying pan.
    Pour 3/4 cup batter to cover bottom of pan.
    Cut into 4 pieces and turn.
    Good with syrup, powdered sugar, blueberry syrup, etc.
