Lemon Refrigerator Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 lemons (grated rind and juice)
1 c. sugar
1 large can Pet milk (put in freezer overnight)
10 to 12 graham crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Beat together first three ingredients, then bring to rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Let cool.
Beat milk until thick (10 to 15 minutes).
Fold into first mixture.
Form graham cracker crumbs into crust in pie plate.
Fill with combined mixtures.
Top with a few graham crumbs.
