Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    2 slices white bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in medium-size skillet.
    Cook until brown, stirring occasionally.
    Drain well.
    Spread bread cubes in a buttered 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with sausage and cheese.
    Mix together eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Beat well and pour over sausage and cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
