Harry'S Favorite Fettucine Alfredo With Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole skinless breasts of chicken, marinated in Italian seasoning
    3 carrots, cut into thin strips 2 inches long
    1 good size broccoli crown
    fresh mushrooms
    1/2 green pepper, cut into strips 2 inches long
    1/2 red pepper, cut into strips 2 inches long
    12 oz. fresh or 8 oz. imported dry fettucini
    2 Tbsp. butter
    olive oil
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    freshly grated nutmeg
    salt and pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    In skillet, cook vegetables in olive oil (2 teaspoons) and set aside.
    If grill is handy, cook boneless breasts of chicken on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Otherwise use broiler.
