Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 5 medium apples, chopped
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. apple pie spice
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour

Preparation

Mix apples, sugar, oil, pie spice, and eggs.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Add flour.
Bake 45 minutes to one hour at 350\u00b0.
