Congealed Carrot And Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. orange flavored gelatin
    8 oz. boiling water
    8 oz. cold water
    1/2 c. Texas orange sections, diced
    1/2 c. grated Texas carrots
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water, diced orange sections and grated carrots.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture into mold and chill until set.
    Garnish with chopped nuts.
