Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed cooked squash
1/2 c. sour cream
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 pkg. chicken stuffing
Preparation

Melt 1 stick butter in casserole dish. Put 3/4 package stuffing on top of butter. Mix squash, sour cream, soup, onion and green pepper together. Put on top of stuffing. Sprinkle top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
